Clanmil Housing Association have submitted plans to Belfast City Council Planning for the proposed building of 20 no. dwellings and 8 no. apartments (28 no. units in total) with associated amenity space, car parking, landscaping and reopening of Ratcliffe Street and Chambers Street. Building work is proposed to start early in 2024 with completion currently programmed for Autumn/Winter 2025. The planning submission has now been uploaded to the Planning Portal and can be viewed online.
