DPCF is an approved VTCT Centre and have delivered VTCT Courses in Nail Technology, Indian Head Massage and Make-Up. We rely totally on external funding to offer these courses so they are advertised on an ad-hoc basis. Keep an eye on our Facebook Page for updates.
